location, food, drinks, breakfast, most of the staff. the maitre’d was super nice; he offered to help in case I had difficulty finding dog food. the female staff are super friendly and they made me and my dogs really comfortable . housekeeping were soo friendly and almost happy to help and braking with smiles .

The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. Eliasib and Aroldo especially were welcoming and put my mind at ease as I first stayed a night with friends, then on my own in a country I hadn't been before but I trusted the staff. A gentleman, (I can't remember his name), understood my request to stay an hour more and was accommodating till I head to the airport. The ambience was relaxing and zen. They were kind to keep luggage before check in and after. Thank you. The catering/Restaurant staff were also so welcoming too. I will definitely make this my first hotel option each time I am in Colombia. ❤️

My first time staying in the Getsemani neighbourhood. An up and coming area with now many boutique hotels, bars and restaurants. An alternative to the traditional old city, which was refreshing. The hotel has very nice decorations, and the service was second to none. Breakfast is a la carte but diverse and very Colombian,

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Every meal at the restaurant exceeded expectations. I arrived on the wrong date, with a non cancellation and no change reservation. Staff worked with me to find a solution that worked for us both. Great customer service!

The hotel is amazing. Food is incredible and the staff is extremely helpful, kind and polite all of the time. Pools at the top are a safe haven in the warm of the city (near 35 degrees) and location is great, in a beautiful neighbourhood and walking distance to Ciudad Murada. Worth every penny.
