Efren! AMAZING mi amigo! truly so kind, so helpful, very very nice and pleasant. He helped us with everything we needed from room situation, daily excursions, tour recommendations, even suggesting day trips! Made our stay that much more enjoyable. Other staff was just as pleasant, kind, and beyond helpful! Benjamin, we appreciated your help as well. I would recommend staying here. Prime central location to the walled city and getsemani; which allows safe/casual walking morning and night. Hotel is beautiful. 10/10. No complaints. Would come back again, no questions asked. Well done Hotel Casa Lola! Also cannot forget the roof top is incredible!

Eliasib and Aroldo especially were welcoming and put my mind at ease as I first stayed a night with friends, then on my own in a country I hadn't been before but I trusted the staff. A gentleman, (I can't remember his name), understood my request to stay an hour more and was accommodating till I head to the airport. The ambience was relaxing and zen. They were kind to keep luggage before check in and after. Thank you. The catering/Restaurant staff were also so welcoming too. I will definitely make this my first hotel option each time I am in Colombia. ❤️

The hotel has very nice decorations, and the service was second to none. Breakfast is a la carte but diverse and very Colombian,
